When you want to look back at all the previous work, documents and appointments created for a customer you can see them all in one place under customer history.
To access a customer's history:
1. Go to the customers tab and find your customer in the list and tap to show the customer details.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the customer details screen and there is a section labelled CUSTOMER HISTORY.
3. Within customer history you will see various possible categories you can look at, from Diary appointments, certificates and even payments. Tapping on any of these will show all records relating to that customer only.
This feature will become more useful as you enter more about a customer in to Master Gas. It gives you the ability to quickly pull up a customer record and see all the interactions you have made with that customer, particularly useful when you want to know if that part you fit for a customer in the past is still under warranty or not!
