Within the diary you can send a customer an SMS text message to tell them you are on your way. You can create as many pre-defined messages as you like in settings. So when you check your diary and want to remind a customer it is easy.
Here is how.
1. Within Master Gas select the diary tab.
2. Find the appointment and tap on it.
3. At the top of the screen tap I'm on my way and you will be presented with your pre-defined I'm On My Way messages (If you haven't already set up some messages you can do this in settings, see here for more details).
4. Your SMS text window will now appear, with the number of the customer pre-entered and your message. You can alter the message if you wish and then press send.
Sending an SMS text message before arriving on-site is a great way to ensure your customer hasn't forgotten you are visiting and helps to limit the chance of being unable to gain access to a property.
