Landlords and Linked Site Addresses

If you are working for a Landlord or a customer with multiple addresses you can create one central customer record (a place to send the bills and paperwork) and have all their tenants/site addresses linked to the main customer record.

1. Within the customers section select your customer. (If you haven't already created the customer record you can view the guide to show you how to create a new customer).

2. Scroll down to the bottom of the customer record and tap on Linked Site Addresses.

3. Tap on the + button in the top right corner to create a new site address.

4. Fill out the details, for the occupier name you can enter an identity description of the property if you prefer.  You can also make use of the Address Book Lookup feature if you have this site address detail already stored in your Apple Contacts.

5. After you have entered all the details tap the Save button.  You are now returned to the sites list, if you have another property to enter for this landlord/customer then tap the + button again. If you have finished entering sites you can tap the <Back button.

6. Finally tap Save.

Now you have linked site addresses you can use these throughout the app when adding customer addresses and site installation addresses to forms, certificates and invoices etc.
