Uploading to dropbox

Follow

Master Gas allows you to upload all your finished documents to Dropbox. This means you can login to any computer or device and view these finished documents, (you can't edit them, but you can print/email and view them).

This is great if you want your office staff to be able to view the documents as soon as they are complete, or perhaps you just want to file the documents away, a little bit like a filing cabinet in the sky.

Here is how you upload to dropbox.

1. If you haven't already you will need to get a Dropbox account at www.dropbox.com It's free and they give you 2GB which is more than enough to get started.

2. Within Master Gas go to settings (More.. then settings on iPhone) and then tap Dropbox Integration.

3. If the name field is set to Not Linked then tap the Link to Dropbox button and authorise the app using either the Allow button or fill out your dropbox username and password.

However, if the name field already has your dropbox name displayed then you are already integrated so tap the < Settings back button.

4. Now that Master Gas is authorised to use dropbox you can upload any finished documents. When previewing any document tap the actions button in the top right corner and select upload to dropbox. The document is then copied to your dropbox and can be viewed from www.dropbox.com or using one of the dropbox apps.
