Master Gas has a number of pre-defined lookup lists which you can select from to make entering information quicker. For example when filling out a Landlords Gas safety record you can select from the Appliance Locations list, Appliance manufacturers list and so on.
Master Gas allows you to customise these lists to suit your business.
1. Within Master Gas go to the settings tab (More... then settings on iPhone).
2. Scroll down to the LOOKUP LISTS section. Here you will see a whole array of lists you can edit to suit you. In this example we will select Call Types.
3. You now have two options, you can edit an existing call type by selecting it from the list and editing the description or you can add a new call type by tapping the + button in the top right corner. For this example tap the + button.
4. Now enter a new call type in the Name box and tap Save.
Now this new call type will be available throughout the app where a Call Type lookup is available.
